Holiday hours:
We are open extended or different hours for Halloween
and Christmas.
We are closed on major holidays. Location: We are located at 518 1st Avenue East, Spencer,
IA. One block behind Pizza Ranch, our door is on the West side of the building. New
Costume Catalog We
have added over 300 pre-assembled character costumes to our walk-in
selection! These are clearly
marked with a photo, price and size for ease of shopping.

Rental
Policies
Rental Period:
Our rental period is one week. If
you rent on a Thursday, for example, your costume will be due back
by the following Thursday. If you want your costume longer than one
week, each additional week rental is 25% of the first week's rental
charge. There are no discounts for partial weeks.
Returning Your Costume:
We do not have a drop box.
You must be prepared to bring your costume back in person during our
open hours.
Rental Charges:
Most of our costumes are now
priced by the full costume. Costumes average $20-35 each.
Reservations:
We do not reserve costumes.
If you would like to come early (before the week of your party) to
rent a costume, you simply pay the extra week rental charge to have
it ahead of time.
Deposit:
We prefer credit or debit
cards, and accept cash. NO personal checks. If
you pay with debit or credit we will use that same card number as a
deposit on your costume.
If you
prefer to pay with cash, you must bring either:
- a
credit or debit card to use for your deposit.
- OR $50
cash above your rental price to hold as a deposit.
Costumes
will NOT be released without a proper deposit.
Renters under 18:
We will no
longer rent costumes during October to anyone under 18 years of age.
If you need a costume for an event or school project during October,
please bring an adult with you.
Discounts: We
offer discounts for pre-arranged
parties and graded
school projects.
Refunds:
There
are NO REFUNDS.
