We
have added over 300 pre-assembled character costumes to our
walk-in selection! These are clearly marked with a
photo, price and size for ease of shopping. Please see our walk-in
photo catalog for more information.
Rental Policies are as
Follows:
Rental
Period: Our rental
period is one week. If you rent on a Thursday, for
example, your costume will be due back by the following
Thursday. If you want your costume longer than one week,
each additional week rental is 25% of the first week's
rental charge. There are no discounts for partial
weeks.
Returning
Your Costume: We do
not have a drop box. You must be prepared to bring
your costume back in person during our open hours.
Rental
Charges: Most of our
costumes are now priced by the full costume. Costumes
average $20-35 each.
Extended
Rental Charges: Each
additional week's (or partial week's) rental is 25% of the
first week's rental price.
Reservations:
We do not reserve
costumes. If you would like to come early (before
the week of your party) to rent a costume, you simply pay
the extra week rental charge to have it ahead of time.
Deposit:
We prefer credit or
debit cards, and accept cash. NO personal checks. If you
pay with debit or credit we will use that same card number
as a deposit on your costume.
If
you prefer to pay with cash, you must bring either:
- a
credit or debit card to use for
your deposit.
- OR
$50
cash above your rental price to hold as a deposit.
Costumes
will NOT be released without a proper deposit.
Renters
under 18: We
will no longer rent costumes during October to anyone under
18 years of age. If you need a costume for an event or
school project during October, please bring an adult with
you.
Refunds:
There
are NO REFUNDS.
